Application areas:

Hytherm S gives excellent performance in high temperature Heat Transfer. When provided with proper nitrogen blanketing this fluid can perform well and resist thermal cracking over a period of time leading to lower drop in flash point as compared to mineral oils. This is an excellent heat transfer fluid and finds a wide range of applications in Textile, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Processing units.

HYTHERM S

Hytherm S is a premium quality Heat Transfer Oil specifically developed for heat transfer system where skin temperature goes up to 345°C and bulk temperatures up to 330°C. This product is derived from synthetic base stocks and is fortified with high performance additives to enhance the performance at higher temperature.

MAK THERMIC FLUID A
High performance heat transfer fluid
MAK Thermic Fluid A is a new generation, superior qualityheat transfer oil formulated exclusively from highly refinedbase stock and specially chosen additive. The antioxidantadditive provides excellent resistance to oxidation andthermal break down of the oil and ensures longer operatinglife. This oil has a very high flash point, low vapour pressureand low volatility. MAK Thermic Fluid A is compatible withseal materials normally used in heat transfer systems withmineral oil.

Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is the new electrical insulating oil from Shell designed to meet the challenges presented by the latestpower transformers. It offers an extended oil life with the peace of mind of zero sulphur content.Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is manufactured from zero sulphur base oils produced using Shell’s GTL (gas-to-liquid) technology.These base oils offer a high degree of compositional consistency and have an excellent response to anti-oxidant. Inaddition they are globally available and free from PCBs, DBDS and passivators.Shell Diala S4 ZX-I meets both the established and new industry copper corrosion tests.

Extended oil life ·
Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is a fully inhibited oil giving outstandingoxidation performance and an extended oil life. Shell Diala S4ZX-I is also suitable for use in highly loaded applications.
Transformer protection ·
Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is manufactured from a zero sulphur* baseoil, making it intrinsically non-corrosive towards copper,without the need for passivation or other additives.Shell Diala S4 ZX-I meets all relevant tests for coppercorrosion, namely the established DIN 51353 (Silver StripTest), ASTM D1275, and also the latest more severe tests: IEC62535 and ASTM D1275B.*Sulphur content below 1ppm detection limit of ASTM D5185
System efficiency ·
The good low temperature viscometric properties of the oilensure proper heat transfer inside the transformer, even fromvery low starting temperatures.Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is specially dried and handled to achieve alow water content and retain a high breakdown voltage at pointof delivery. This enables it to be used in many applicationswithout further treatment.
